EDUARDO FERNANDEZ MELENDEZ
Eduardo Fernandez as Managing Director (CEO), is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and market-strategic partnerships.
With 30+ years of experience in the O&G industry, Eduardo has a strong technical and managerial background leading global operations across multiple regions, diverse teams, strategic partnerships, and implementing business plans in highly competitive markets, including Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Eduardo earned a BSc. and BEng. degree in Chemical Engineering from the San Marcos National University, Lima, Peru, and a MSc. degree in Business Administration from CENTRUM, PUCP, Lima, Peru.
Service Delivery Manager
ANDRE LUIS SOARES PEREIRA
Andre is responsible of planning and building strategic client relationships through effective collaboration, project initiatives, resource planning, and aligning efforts with organizational goals.
Andre has 25+ years experience on service delivery, management, design, implementation, and maintenance related to end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure, support services, and project management across multiple regions, including, Asia, Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
Andre earned a B Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Estacio de Sá University, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Postgraduation on PUCP, Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas University.
Mechanical Integrity
MEDARDO CAMACARO
Medardo Camacaro is Head of Mechanical Integrity and overall responsible for the teams in charge of the assessment and analysis of inspection and integrity management activities.
Medardo has 30+ years of experience across multiple regions including, Asia, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
Medardo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Maintenance Engineering (O&G) from the Northeast Univeristy Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, Anzoategui, Venezuela.

MANUEL EGO AGUIRRE
Manuel Ego Aguirre is Head of Business Consulting, responsible for the methodology of the Consulting Practice.
Manuel has 30+ years of experience in global companies for the Oil & Gas; Energy and Mines; Environmental and Goverment Agencies.
Manuel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the National Engineering University, Lima, Peru, an MsSc degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Economics from the Agraria University, Lima Peru and, a PhD in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development Economics from the National Engineering University, Lima Peru.

JOAQUIM TIMOTEO DA CRUZ
Joaquim is in charge of the logistics, procurement and staffing departments that enables ENCOM to provide its clients temporary/permanent staffing requirements with an extensive range of value-added services for both clients and contractors.
